Responsibilities :

• Review and assess Salesforce records to identify outdated or incorrect information.
• Update and input accurate and relevant data into the Salesforce platform.
• Maintain a clean and organized database to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Cross-check and verify the accuracy of sales lead information.
• Implement standardized processes for tracking and managing sales leads effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency across systems.
• Meet daily data entry targets while adhering to quality standards.
• Utilize Salesforce tools and features to streamline data management workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor database inconsistencies as needed.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and familiarity with its functions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
• Excellent typing skills and the ability to work efficiently.
• Ability to quickly adapt to established systems and workflows.
• Previous experience in data entry or database management.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Comfortable working onsite in a small team environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with common software applications.
