Maintain the computer system master data customer, vendor and product including price, minimum order quantity, delivery lead time, etc. Ensure timely collection of account receivables from customers Ensure timely payment of invoices to suppliers, freight and warehouse companies 3-5 years Global procurement experience or / and Data analysis experience BA BS in International Business or and Computer Science preferred Must be proficient with MS Office suite, particularly with Excel Power BI preferred Experience work in Procurement or and Logistic industry Passion to create new solution of global procurement and supply chain Ability to work from Torrance, CA office 4 times a week. To build and manage global procurement model for Panasonic factories with value added support and account management from receiving new orders working with vendors and all parties involved to ensure procurement SCM and customer satisfaction.
Procurement operation management
- Analyze customer needs and provide value added service to consolidate procurement functions of Panasonic factories to maximize efficiency
- Control inventory and delivery checking inventory and balance purchase order status, negotiating with suppliers and customers and cooperating with business associate warehouse, logistics companies
- Control logistics cost and business process cost referring to business rule
- Summarize monthly P&L and balance sheet figures for each in-charge account
