Here's what you'd do : -The Operations Specialist - Unique Processing Team is directly responsible for specialized functions within Trade Processing. -Including the processing and settling of security trades at DTC, as well as security and cash movements on custody, client communication, and reconciliation.-Transaction Processing-Process assigned tasks in an efficient and effective manner for our custody clients and accounts.-Verify trade information against the broker's presentation, security, and cash transactions received from the client.-Manage daily volume.-Problem Resolution-Review and resolve trade discrepancies with the necessary parties. -Escalate problem trades to management.-Communications-Communicate professionally and constructively via email, phone, and other channels with internal and external clients and counterparties to effectively resolve issues, minimize risk, and reduce exposure.-Provide superior client service.-Communicate as part of a team.-Process Improvement-Gain efficiencies to improve individual productivity.-Gain an understanding of the big picture - how a specific function impacts the firm.-Contribute to Division or Firm process improvement activities.

Here's what you'll get :

Pay : $26.00 / hr.

Hours : 40 hours / week.

Length : Temp (6 Months).
