Sales Operations Supervisor
Westlake Financial is hiring a Sales Operations Supervisor to lead a results-driven team focused on sales performance, lead conversion, and customer retention in the automotive finance space. This leadership role will manage daily sales operations, implement new strategies, and drive revenue growth through smarter processes and stronger execution.
What you'll do (included, but not limited to) :
- Lead and manage a team responsible for daily sales activity, including inbound / outbound lead follow-up
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive lead conversion and improve customer acquisition
- Track performance metrics and KPIs; identify opportunities to improve sales processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership to align on growth goals
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and hands-on support to your team
- Prepare reports, presentations, and insights for senior management
- Support rollout of new projects, tools, and workflows to improve team efficiency
