Assistant Production Manager, Photography

Our Authentication Centers (warehouses) are where the magic happens! The Art & Science of Real comes to life within our facilities located in New Jersey and Arizona combining the knowledge of hundreds of luxury experts with cutting-edge, proprietary technology. As an Assistant Production Manager, Photography, you will play a part in driving business operations forward by overseeing the development and productivity of the Photography team. You will be responsible for the day to day operations of the photo studio, the consignor and customer experience.

• Create and populate teams and individuals productivity trackers
• Maintain teams master tracker
• Complete department payroll
• Track team's attendance and scheduling
• Maintain positive team culture
• Attend all photography production meetings
• Assist with communicating necessary disciplinary measures
• Assist with onboarding new hires
• Maintain and produce positive influences on team culture
• Facilitate trainings and production meetings on a weekly basis
• Build monthly individual trackers
• Oversee master employee logs

The expected salary range for this role is $59,608.80-$80,912.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR's total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
