Job Title

Coordinate gas emergency response and compliance maintenance activities within the service territory. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards while supporting Gas Technical Services and related teams.

Key responsibilities include managing cathodic protection for steel gas pipelines and Gas Ops compliance. Perform high-volume data entry, record validation, and audit support. Create / manage work orders and notifications in SAP-PM; generate reports in SAP / HANA. Facilitate emergency response dispatch weekly via CLICK system. Collaborate with field technicians; troubleshoot and maintain accurate records. Support special projects, process improvements, and system enhancements. Provide training on SAP and compliance processes; assist with scheduling and job packages.

Skills and requirements include technical proficiency in intermediate Excel (data pulls, pivot tables), SAP-PM, HANA; familiarity with compliance standards. Experience : 24 years in coordination roles; strong analytical and data entry skills. Soft skills : team player, proactive, strong communicator, able to take tasks to completion. Knowledge : gas operations compliance, cathodic protection processes. Other : dispatch experience; ability to work in fast-paced environment. Must adapt to new systems (GEOCON, Field Amp, MyTime, Arcos). Compliance experience is critical (auditing, record keeping, CPUC standards). Emergency response occurs weekly. No certifications required. OT as needed. Role is more project coordination than admin; hybrid possibility TBD. Immediate backfill required if resource exits due to workload.
