Job Description
Office Administrator for Flight Operations will coordinate office activities and operations while providing clerical and administrative support to management.
Position Summary
- Establishes Trust : Must engage with all UAA stakeholders and customers to establish trust in the flight operations and serves to be a resource of administrative support for the team.
- Organizational skills : Organization and prioritization are the core elements of the Administrative Assistant's responsibilities. You must know how to keep yourself and others organized and how to determine how tasks are prioritized.
- Decision-making : Is comfortable making independent decisions daily, addressing the best way to handle specific tasks, and guiding solutions to administrative challenges. Is a strong self-manager of time and competing priorities.
- Communications and collaboration : Must collaborate with other support personnel, management, and students on a regular basis. Holds the team accountable on deliverables and ensure priorities are clearly communicated.
