The Dividend Specialist will join the Investment Information Management Organization within Wealth Management Operations (WMO) . This role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of mutual fund dividend distributions and reinvestments. Candidates will manage distribution calendars, process transactions in internal systems, and maintain effective communication with fund agents.
Key Responsibilities :
Monitor and maintain dividend distribution calendars for domestic and international mutual funds.
Create and process dividend transactions and trade logs for reinvestments.
Analyze quality control reports and research ledger variances.
Track and report on operational metrics and control data.
Ensure attendance, punctuality, and consistent availability—especially during peak year-end periods.
Collaborate effectively within the team and work independently as required.
Desired Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
0–2 years of relevant experience; mutual fund knowledge is a plus.
Familiarity with financial operations, attention to detail, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
Comfortable working extended hours, especially during year-end processing.
