POSITION SUMMARY

Oversee and supervise a work group to meet department goals. Schedule is Monday-Friday 5 : 00am-2 : 00pm or until work is complete.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Competitive starting wages based on experience! Pay range $26.50 / hr!
• Provides leadership to assigned personnel through effective goal setting, performance reviews, delegation, and communication. Provides measurable feedback, suggestions for improved performance and recognition for achievements.
• Conducts interviews, hiring and training as necessary.
• Supports the safety programs to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain a safe working environment for all associates.
• Assists with process improvement initiatives.
• Conducts regular meetings to ensure that personnel are well informed of policies and procedures. Continually enforces productivity standards.
• Ensure excellent customer service and communication
• Receiving : Check in product completely and accuratelyStock products correctly
• Loading : Pick product for daily deliveries along with special deliveriesLoad trucks using good judgment regarding use of space and product safety
• Returns : Inspect and physically count returned merchandiseRestock inventory in appropriate placeOutbound freight of vender returnsPaperwork for all warranty productUnloading of customer / inventory transfers from corporate warehouses
• Operate power equipment, including fork-lift
• May work as a backup driver as assigned or directed
