Your primary responsibilities include completing apartment make-readies, performing general maintenance, pool care, and responding to service requests. A strong focus on quality work and customer service is essential to excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities :
Apartment Turnovers & Make-Readies :
Prepare apartments for new residents by conducting repairs, painting, and ensuring each unit meets high standards before move-in.
- Inspect and troubleshoot issues such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances, repairing as needed.
General Maintenance & Work Orders :
Respond promptly to resident requests for maintenance, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
Painting :
Paint interior and exterior surfaces of the property as needed, using appropriate techniques to ensure quality and durability.
Pool Care :
Monitor and maintain the pool’s chemical balance, cleanliness, and equipment functionality, following local and state regulations.
Safety & Compliance :
Comply with all safety procedures, regulations, and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
