RESPONSIBILITIES :
The Salesforce Administrator serves as the primary administrator for the Salesforce platform, which includes Programs, Case Management, Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP), and Account Engagement applications. This critical role is responsible for managing and optimizing the Salesforce platform to meet the data, reporting, and business process needs of Adelante Mujeres. This role conducts business analysis; builds, configures, and automates technology solutions; and ensures systems are user-friendly, efficient, and aligned with organizational goals.
The Salesforce Administrator works cross-functionally to collect, organize, analyze, and present program and participant data. The Salesforce Administrator supports integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems, and delivers reports and insights that inform program outcomes, fundraising efforts, and strategic decision-making. This is a part-time role working 20 hours per week to manage approximately 60 Salesforce users. Provide business intelligence insights and make recommendations to streamline workflows, enhance system efficiency, and improve data quality.
- Perform core administrative functions, including user management, page layout modifications, report and dashboard creation, new field development, and other routine tasks.
- Gather and prioritize system requirements, implement enhancements and / or third-party integrations in partnership with external consultants.
- Develop and maintain processes that ensure data integrity, including standardization, validation rules, and duplication management.
- Provides user training and increases platform adoption
