Oracle Order Management Functional Analyst

Responsibilities

As an Oracle Order Management Functional Analyst, you will play a key role in improving our Supply Chain processes using Oracle EBS and Cloud. You will work closely with implementation partners and internal teams to enhance and support business processes. You will be the expert in Oracle Order Management, providing innovative solutions and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

• System Analysis & Design : Improve existing Oracle Order Management systems, enhancing functionality, performance, and capabilities. Ensure solutions are scalable and integrate well with other business applications.
• Collaborative Solution Development : Work with partners, stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver solutions that optimize order entry, validation, promising, and fulfillment.
• Training & Documentation : Create and deliver documentation that improves user adoption and supportability. Maintain detailed documentation including system configurations, user guides, and operational procedures.
• Testing & Quality Assurance : Manage the testing lifecycle for Oracle Order Management deployments, including planning, execution, and user acceptance testing to ensure system quality.
• Production Support : Provide support in a production environment, ensuring continuous operation and quick resolution of issues.
