Organizational Purpose - Senior Consultant

Your role as a Senior Consultant will include :

• Leading transformation initiatives from strategy to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Conducting stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness planning to pave the way for successful change.
• Developing and delivering communication, training, and engagement strategies that resonate.
• Designing and facilitating leadership alignment programs to drive executive sponsorship and commitment.
• Running interactive workshops and feedback sessions to monitor adoption and course correct as needed.
• Mentoring junior consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Partnering with clients and internal teams to ensure change efforts are strategically integrated and sustainable.
