Material Handler

This position involves unloading semis, staging products, and handling products after they are cut to length. You will support operators with material handling and eventually learn to operate plasma cutting and cut-to-length machines. The role is essential in processing orders for customers by cutting and re-rolling sheet metal products.

Work Environment

Work in a large industrial warehouse designed to be big enough to build warships. While the facility is old school, you will be out of the elements, though it can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter due to constantly opening doors. Enjoy a structured shift schedule : 2nd Shift from 2 : 20 PM to 12 AM, Monday to Thursday, with training on the 1st Shift for up to one month. The first day includes safety training and paperwork. You must have steel toe boots with non-detachable meta-tarsal covers. The schedule includes two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute unpaid lunch.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Roseville, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.05 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
