Minimum Job Requirements
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Accountable for ensuring Human Resources (HR) is implemented consistently across the company. Accountable for ensuring HR meets the business needs of the business and is able to adjust as those needs change. Authorized to order supplies to support HR's mission. Authorized to hire and terminate employees. Authorized to file EEOC and other compliance / legal documents. Authorized to mitigate and resolve employee harassment claims and events of employee conflict, as well as engage legal advice, as needed. Responsible for attracting and developing talent that will enhance employee loyalty, pride and retention. Responsible for defining, maintaining and overseeing the employee review, compensation and succession programs.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (HR) or related field. Ten years' multi-discipline HR experience and 5 years supervisory experience. (Sr Manager, 15 years multi-discipline HR experience, 8 years supervisory experience.) Experience with managing Human Resources' organizations across multiple sites and developing a multi-site HR program. SHRM-CP or CHRM-SCP preferred. Experience with filling EEOC records and writing procedure and policies related to Human Resources.
