Strong expertise in writing requirements business process mapping and transaction flow documentation . Proven experience working with engineering and product teams in an Agile environment. Hands-on with JIRA Confluence Lucidchart MS Visio or similar tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - both business and technical. Analytical mindset with attention to detail structure and accuracy. 10 years of relevant experience as a Product Manager in Merchant Acquiring or Embedded Finance Domain Familiarity with Merchant pay-ins and Payouts Instructional funding and embedded finance Exposure to APIs microservices and modern digital banking platforms is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams - driving clarity through detailed product documentation transaction and funding flow design and precise technical collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering & Documentation
Create comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and detailed functional specifications .
Act as a senior business analyst and primary liaison between product engineering and QA teams.
Develop detailed process maps data flow diagrams and system interaction flows using tools like Visio Lucidchart or Miro.
Participate in backlog grooming sprint planning and UAT coordination .
