We have an immediate opening for Inside Parts Specialist in Davenport, IA. The successful candidate will answer calls to assist internal and external customers by helping to identify needed parts. Strive to provide exceptional customer service while advising customers on available parts and services.
Requirements :
- Answer customer questions, provide price quotes over the phone.
- Assist customers with identifying and acquiring parts.
- Locate parts mechanics might need to finish job.
- Upsell parts to help achieve sales goal.
