A Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferred, but not required – we’ll support you in obtaining one) Bilingual skills in English and Spanish (a strong plus) Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people A High School Diploma or GED Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills An ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement Strong written and verbal communication skills

$50000 - $135000 / year
