Job Summary : Representative thrives in a fast-paced, team oriented environment with professionals in neurology, pain management, chiropractic, physical therapy and many more. This position is cross-trained in all clinical administrative processes, therefore the Patient Access Representative will also answer phones, check in and out patients, perform patient reminder calls, and enter information into the EMR.
