Reno Orthopedic Center wants you to join the team as a Patient Care Technician! We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated team member to support a smooth surgical experience and assist with essential care and comfort to patients and their families at our main ROC location.

What would you do in this role?
You will play a vital role in supporting patients and their families throughout the surgical experience. You’ll serve as a compassionate point of contact, helping to alleviate stress and provide updates during the perioperative period. By tracking each patient's surgical journey, you’ll ensure that families are informed and reassured every step of the way. You’ll closely observe patient conditions, promptly communicating any changes or concerns to the assigned nurse or supervisor to maintain high standards of care. You’ll help maintain a smooth and efficient care environment by restocking supplies and ensuring equipment is ready and available. This is a hands-on, patient-centered role that truly makes a difference.

Minimum Qualifications
o High School Diploma / GED;
o Performing customer service duties.

o Experience providing patient care.
