The People & Culture Manager will play a vital role in shaping that culture with intentionalityensuring every colleague experience reflects the warmth and refinement our guests will feel the moment they arrive.
From coordinating mass onboarding efforts and training programs to designing recognition initiatives and engagement strategies, you'll help set the stage for success. With a focus on retention, engagement, and purposeful connection, you'll cultivate an environment where every team member feels supported, valued, and inspired to deliver world-class hospitality.
Duties / Responsibilities :
Inspire and Elevate Our Culture
- Partner closely with the Director of People & Culture to bring our people strategy to life and align HR initiatives with our business goals.
- Be a trusted advisor to colleaguesoffering insight, coaching, and guidance that enhances engagement, retention, and growth.
- Lead colleague recognition and appreciation programs that celebrate milestones, successes, and the spirit of hospitality.
- Foster a sense of belonging through events, communication, and initiatives that strengthen our hotel's community.
- Oversee colleague engagement surveys, including coordination, analysis, and the intentional results-sharing sessions with leaders and teams to drive action and accountability.
