Personal Banker

As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Pearland, TX at the Pearland Branch. Bilingual Spanish preferred.

The Personal Banker is responsible for acquiring and deepening the branch customer base through a variety of proactive sales and service activities. The role involves managing the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing. The Personal Banker collaborates with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet and positions PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.

The Personal Banker drives proactive sales conversations and delivers a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions. They create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience. The role also involves applying product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty. The Personal Banker manages risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. They participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed in an efficient and accurate manner.
