Travel Required : 100% travel
Travel Locations : Sonoma, Napa, and Marin Counties (company vehicle provided)

The Opportunity : What You Will Be Doing
This role involves comprehensive inspections, accurate pest identification, developing and implementing effective Integrated Pest Management (IPM) plans, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction while strictly adhering to all state / federal safety and compliance regulations, along with Racer Pest Control policies and procedures.
You will have the freedom to manage your assigned daily schedule, successfully completing an average of 7 - 12 service calls daily, and continued opportunities to increase your income through performance-based commissions on new clients and new services.
