A leading metal fabrication shop in Des Moines is seeking a skilled Welder to join its production team. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in precision work and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Open to entry-level welders with schooling or skilled welders in the industry already!

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform MIG and / or TIG welding on steel components
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Inspect welds for quality and accuracy
• Operate fabrication equipment and maintain a clean work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $25.00 / hr.
