Roseville Precision, Inc. is looking for an experienced TIG Welder for our swing shift position to become an integral part of our team.

The right individual(s) should be self-motivated with a strong work ethic, have the ability to multi-task, have good communication skills, and be a team player. They must also understand the common knowledge of working safely.

Qualified individuals must be proficient in :

  • TIG, and TIG pulse welding (inert purge), multi-gauge tubing in 304 / 321 SST and / or Carbon steel.
  • Interprets blueprints, specifications, diagrams, or schematics to determine appropriate welding process at a journeyman level.
  • Using equipment such as abrasive saws, cold saws, carbide burr grinders, surface grinders, and hand tools.
  • Understanding and carrying out detailed instruction both written and oral.
  • Inspects completed welds to determine structural soundness.
  • Basic math, tape measure reading, fractions, and decimal equivalents.

Day Shift :

  • Monday thru Friday 6 : 00 am to 2 : 40 pm.

    • Swing Shift :

  • Monday thru Thursday 3 : 00 pm to 1 : 40 am. Have a three-day weekend every week.
