Welder Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Welder specializing in TIG welding aluminum to join our team in a cool, air-conditioned warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have proven hands-on experience with TIG welding techniques, aluminum fabrication, and the ability to work independently with precision. This position is subcontractor-based (1099).
Welder Qualifications :
- Must be able to TIG weld aluminum (stick welding only is not acceptable)
- Previous experience welding aluminum is strongly preferred
- Experience with aluminum fabrication (most of our work involves aluminum)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Ability to work independently and efficiently using TIG welding techniques
- Physical dexterity and stamina
