A company is looking for a Mortgage Pipeline Manager to oversee the efficiency of loan processing and team development.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure efficient movement of loans from submission to funding while maintaining accuracy and compliance

Lead and develop a team of mortgage processors, focusing on operational excellence and client satisfaction

Identify and resolve process bottlenecks in collaboration with other departments to streamline workflows

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in mortgage operations, with at least 2 years in a management role

Proven experience managing a small operations team while being hands-on with pipeline execution

Deep understanding of loan manufacturing processes across various mortgage products

Experience with LOS and CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and comfort with analytics

Demonstrated success in improving operational efficiency and collaboration across departments
