Room Attendant

We, Harrell Hospitality, are looking for a dedicated and committed Room Attendant. You will play a key role in leading our team to exceed guest expectations and support property-wide initiatives.

What will you do?

The Housekeeping Room Attendant is responsible for ensuring guests feel comfortable and at home from the moment they enter their room, contributing to their overall satisfaction and encouraging repeat visits. The key responsibilities include :

Guest Service & Satisfaction : Respond promptly to guest requests for items such as irons, safety instructions, amenities, or information, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.

Room Cleaning : Clean guest rooms and assigned areas daily, including making beds with fresh linen, dusting furniture, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces. Ensure cleanliness and freshness by following company-approved cleaning procedures.

Housekeeping Operations : Stock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies, such as toiletries, coffee amenities, and water bottles. Collect soiled linens, trash, and in-room dining trays.

Adherence to Standards : Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and service standards, ensuring the proper use and maintenance of housekeeping equipment and supplies.

Safety & Security : Ensure the safety of both guests and associates by providing guidance during emergencies and reporting suspicious activities or hazardous conditions. Turn in any lost items to the Lost & Found department promptly.

Collaboration & Support : Assist other housekeeping staff when needed, including Housekeeping Attendants, and complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

About you :

Experience - As an ideal candidate, You will have :

Ability to learn and apply training on cleaning chemicals, safety procedures, and equipment use.

Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, push and pull heavy carts, and stand or bend for extended periods.

Ability to complete a minimum of 13 rooms per day, meeting quality and time standards.

A minimum of 6 months previous experience as a Room Attendant preferred.

CPR and Frist Aide training preferred.

Given that our guests visit our hotels from all regions of the world, additional / multilingual ability is preferred to provide a personalized experience to our guests.

Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, you may be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as overtime based on business needs.

Any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
