We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Process Engineer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to plan and conduct activities related to quality assurance of industrial processes, materials, and products. If you are passionate about ensuring quality in manufacturing and have experience in quality control systems, we encourage you to apply.

Role and Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with engineering teams on new product launches, managing customer approval processes, and submitting required documentation.
• Upload and manage daily Statistical Process Control (SPC) data in customer portals, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Assist in developing and initiating standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation that meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Plan and execute quality control and assurance activities across industrial processes, materials, and product lines.
• Conduct analysis, design, testing, and integration processes to ensure product quality and compliance with engineering standards.
• Develop, modify, and maintain quality evaluation systems and protocols to ensure materials meet specifications for partially finished and finished products.
• Proactively create and implement quality improvement strategies to drive continuous improvement across production processes.
• Design sampling procedures and create forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.
• Establish programs to evaluate the precision and accuracy of production equipment, testing, measurement, and analytical tools.
• Perform quality engineering reviews of design documentation to ensure compliance with stated requirements, including reviewing vendor quality manuals and company quality records.
