Experience working with compliance, risk, and legal teams to develop regulated financial products. Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, SQL, data analytics tools, and product roadmap software. Knowledge of UX / UI principles and customer experience best practices. Bilingual in Spanish and English, preferred. Five (5+) years in product management, preferably in fintech, neobanking, or digital payments. Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field, is a plus. Your Opportunity :
This is a full-time, in-person position reporting to the President of Operations. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, defining product roadmaps, and delivering solutions that enhance customer experience, drive engagement, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Job Responsibilities :
- Define and execute the product strategy aligned with business goals, customer needs, and market trends.
- Leverage user research, feedback, and analytics to enhance product features and improve customer experience.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, risk, and marketing teams to bring products from concept to launch.
- Ensure all product developments meet financial regulations and compliance standards for MyBambu.
- Use metrics, KPIs, and A / B testing to optimize product performance and iterate on features.
- Act as the bridge between leadership, technical teams, and external partners to align business objectives with product execution.
- Manage sprints, define product requirements, and oversee development processes using Agile methodologies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the neobanking space.
