617MediaGroup, one of the fastest-growing progressive communications agencies in the U.S., is looking for a PAID Creative Project Management intern to join our growing team. Who we are : We are veteran campaigners, communicators, designers, strategists, storytellers, and web developers who are results-driven and selective about our clients.

What we do : We move public opinion, win tough fights, and tell impactful stories. Our services include earned media, paid campaigns, digital strategy, design, websites, and video, primarily supporting social justice causes.

This is a part-time, paid position ($20.36 / hour) requiring a minimum of 25 hours per week, with occasional night and weekend work.

What you'll be doing :

  • Assist in creating and managing project plans, timelines, and deliverables for website design projects.
  • Collaborate with designers, digital staff, and developers to ensure projects meet deadlines and client specifications.
  • Track project status and identify potential roadblocks.
  • Coordinate meetings and facilitate communication among teams, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Maintain project documentation, including feedback, timelines, and resources.
  • Support quality assurance by reviewing design outputs for client alignment.
  • Assist with client communications, feedback, and updates.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the project management team.

    • What we're looking for :

  • Current student or recent graduate interested in project management, web design, and digital advertising.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com) is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of web design principles or experience with design software (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch) is a bonus.
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress or other website CMS.
  • Experience with Meta ads platform is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset.
