Skills / Knowledge :

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to write and edit material quickly and persuasively while ensuring factual accuracy and clarity of language, with impeccable attention to detail
• Ability to conceptualize and concisely articulate complex issues and ideas
• Strong mastery of the response tone (conversational tone)
• Organized self-starter with strong time management and planning skills, with the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize effectively
• Demonstrates excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, being able to work effectively with all levels of employees across the organization
• Independent thinking and decision-making skills (propose solutions for approval)
