This includes loading and unloading materials with a forklift. Support the Operations team with cross-training to enhance skills and create a versatile team capable of working in many areas of plant production. Have experience in production operations with a strong understanding of metal recycling products Be familiar with heavy machinery such as hilo, skid steer, or bailers Possess strong communication and organizational skills Be tech-savvy, process-driven, and able to multitask across teams

This is a hands-on position leading the charge in determining metal quality, grade, pricing, and customer satisfaction oriented — ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and wants to grow a company through internal operations.
Metal Scale Buyer Benefits :
- Competitive salary : $22-25 / hour based on experience
- End of year bonus potential starting in 2026 !
- Monday–Friday : 8 AM – 5 PM
