Job Title : Quality Control Inspector Associate

Location : Henderson, NV

Shift : Monday – Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM

Employment Type : Full-Time

Pay Rate : $13.00hr

Position Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Quality Control Inspector Associate to join our team in Henderson, NV . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in final inspection of apparel and / or footwear products , ensuring products meet established quality standards before release. This role plays a vital part in maintaining our commitment to delivering high-quality goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct final inspections on apparel and footwear products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

Identify, document, and report any product defects or non-conformities.

Perform visual and tactile inspection of finished goods for proper stitching, labeling, packaging, sizing, and overall appearance.

Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.

Communicate effectively with the quality team and production floor on quality issues or concerns.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.

Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions as needed.

Support quality assurance initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in final inspection of apparel, footwear, or textile products is required .

Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies or defects.

Ability to follow established procedures with a high degree of accuracy.

Basic computer skills and ability to maintain written records.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual inspections.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Work Schedule : Monday – Friday

7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM
