Receptionist Requirements :

  • 1-2 years of related experience and / or training (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow instructions
  • Basic knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft Office
  • Professional telephone etiquette and strong communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and handle busy front desk operations
