Performs advanced customer service tasks for the Office of the District Attorney. Processes departmental documents involving significant procedure and sequence in accordance with established and accepted policies and procedures.
Receptionist
- Maintain a professional atmosphere in the lobby
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls appropriately
- Record staff out to destination and back in to our office
- Greet and direct visitors to proper locations
- Assist walk-ins as needed
- Receive and sign for mail or deliveries
- Ensure everyone entering secure office signs in as required
Other
eFile Traffic Control (Criminal Cases)
Minimum Qualifications : High School diploma or equivalent including or supplemented by courses in secretarial and / or business subjects. Two years of experience in varied clerical and secretarial work or any combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
Preferred Qualifications : Bilingual Spanish
