Position Information

That’s why we’re looking for an Associate Recruiting Assistant to provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support to legal recruiting efforts.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for…
- Processing all incoming resumes; sending appropriate correspondence to candidates and headhunters
- Maintaining employment application database and firm recruiting files for all candidates; assembling on-campus interviewer packets
- Processing check requests, reimbursement requests, and sponsorship forms for various recruiting events
- Assisting with staffing summer associate and recruiting events as necessary
- Coordinating interviews for office legal staff applicants
- Assisting with planning and coordinating summer associate program; assisting with monitoring and tracking summer associate assignment evaluations

Pay Range for Candidates in New York City :
53,000 - $67,000 (min of full range rounded down - max of target) per year
The range provided is the minimum and maximum salary that Venable in good faith believes at the time of this posting that it is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidate qualifications and location.
