We have reimagined our contingent staffing plan with a new Enterprise Resource Pool that offers many options for flexibility variety and career growth while supporting our collective mission to deliver outstanding whole-person care to our flourishing communities. The Common Spirit Mountain Region Enterprise Resource Pool consists of both clinical and allied roles that flex or float throughout the Common Spirit Mountain Region system. Associates within the Enterprise Pool will have the opportunity to float to multiple units within one facility a geographic group of facilities or to all of our facilities. This pool will provide additional resources to support and supplement the workload and staffing needs across the system.

The position assumes responsibility and accountability for facilitating communicating and collaborating with both the healthcare teamand the patient / family to identify and meet the physical emotional and spiritual needs of the patient. Promotes optimal health well-being and safety of the patient through use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient carestandards guidelines and the State Nurse Practice Act. Demonstrates personal accountability for relationship-based careorganizational mission and core values.

Enterprise Pool 1 :
- Base rate $3.00 / Hr. Pool Differential Eligible for evening night and weekend differentials
- 1 facility preferred location / closest to home
- At least 2 applicable units - Must work in at least 2 applicable units with recent RN experience within unit type / specialty area
- 12 months of experience in unit type / specialty area
