Program Manager, Resource Navigation

The Program Manager, Resource Navigation will provide administrative and programmatic support to the disaster case management program. The Program Manager, Resource Navigation will oversee scheduling and training of up to 10 AmeriCorps fellows. This role will assist in establishing community partnerships and finding resources for those affected by the 2025 Los Angeles Wildfires. This role will assist at the Rebuilding and Recovery Center and help direct survivors to appropriate recovery resources. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, a background in disaster response working directly with trauma-affected communities, and a deep commitment to serving vulnerable populations.

Main Responsibilities :

• Communicate on a regular basis and interact with all program management staff.
• Develop strategies for meaningful resource navigation and distribution of those resources to vulnerable populations.
• Provide oversight, scheduling, and training to up to 10 AmeriCorps fellows and comply with AmeriCorps rules and regulations for site supervisors.
• Help plan canvassing efforts and create a list of potential locations and events where the team can share resources and provide support to affected communities.
• Support the organization and implementation of disaster recovery events, particularly those targeting marginalized groups in need of recovery assistance.
• Adhere to funders Disaster Case Management Program (DCMP) Grant Plans and ensure staff attend and comply with the service delivery including but not limited to : FEMA sequence of delivery and special needs populations; including non-English speaking, minority populations, children, elderly, and persons with disabilities; information on available local and State human and social services; applicable components of the States disaster recovery plan; and other information regarding the local Long Term Recovery Groups (LTRGs).

In accordance with CA law, the expected pay range for this CA position is posted with this position. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
