Mitigation Technician / Restoration Technician

We are looking for a Mitigation Technician / Restoration Technician to join our team. This role involves responding to water, fire, mold, and storm damage emergencies, mitigating losses, and restoring properties. The ideal candidate is a hard-working, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping others.

Responsibilities :

• Respond to emergency calls for water, fire, and mold damage restoration.
• Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification processes.
• Assess damages and determine the best course of action for mitigation and restoration.
• Conduct demolition and debris removal when necessary.
• Clean and restore contents affected by fire, smoke, or water damage.
• Set up and monitor drying equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers.
• Assist with mold remediation following safety and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of job progress and equipment usage.
• Communicate professionally with customers, insurance adjusters, and team members.
• Follow OSHA and company safety regulations.
• Perform basic construction and repair tasks as needed.
• Keep company vehicles and equipment clean, organized, and maintained.

Compensation : $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
