As a Risk Advisor at BCH, you’ll serve as a trusted Risk Manager for midsize business clients, guiding them through their commercial insurance needs, developing strong relationships, and delivering tailored risk solutions. What You'll Do :
- Build and maintain relationships with mid-size businesses, providing expert guidance on commercial insurance options.
- Prospect, solicit, and close new business while nurturing and servicing your existing book of clients.

- Create a sales pipeline that includes prospects that meet the profile of the ideal client.
- Utilize BCH’s proven sales tools, strategies, and training to drive results.
- Collaborate with the sales team and participate in regular meetings to ensure alignment with company goals and strategies.
