Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer strong in both Automation and Manual testing to join our growing project team. The candidate will be responsible for software test automation design, planning, scripting, and execution for a variety of key customer-facing applications. The individual should be self-motivated, creative, and proactive, capable of working successfully in a fast-paced environment that includes multiple platforms, architectures, technologies, and environments. The individual will work closely with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC, executing automated test iterations, tracking and reporting test results, troubleshooting, and coordinating bug fixes. Additionally, you will be an integral part of building our team culture, helping to foster a passion for continuous improvement, a reputation for delivery excellence, and a highly integrated team environment.
Responsibilities :
- Testing and Validation :
oParticipate in system testing and user acceptance testing to ensure that implemented solutions meet the specified requirements and are of high quality.
oDesigning test plans, scenarios, scripts and procedures.
oExecuting tests on source code.
oAnalyzing test results and reporting to the development team.
oWorking with a development team to correct bugs and errors.
oUse existing tools and techniques to execute test cases and build / script new tools for performing testing / validation functions.
oDevelop and lead the automation strategy / effort and generate scripts to perform automated testing cycles using Selenium.
oMaintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring transparency and accountability.
oCollaborate closely with stakeholders (both internal and external) to understand their requirements, objectives, and challenges. This involves active listening and effective communication.
oEffectively communicate with, and influence, key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements, and operational decisions.
