You’ll act as the first point of contact for the business—answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, handling mail and deliveries, and assisting with other operational duties to keep everything running smoothly. Compensation :

36,000 - $40,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

  • Arrange appointments for employees and keep the calendar up-to-date
  • Greet visitors, clients, and fellow employees when they arrive at the front desk and provide them with any necessary directions or information
  • Follow the correct sign-in procedures for visitors to keep our building secure
  • Handle deliveries and manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing etc.

Qualifications :

  • Has previous experience with word processing programs and basic computer skills
  • 1+ year of front desk receptionist experience or related job experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills
  • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
  • Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations
