Attention to Detail : Excellent attention to detail to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications. Customer Focus : Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring homeowner satisfaction throughout the construction process. Safety Consciousness : Strong commitment to safety and knowledge of safety regulations in the construction industry. Physical : Ability to handle and move lumber ability to use hand tools. Willing to do labor tasks such as sweeping basements, hosing floors and cleaning up jobsites as requested. Technology : Comfortable with technology; will be expected to learn BuilderTrend software and use daily.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an assistant superintendent for a Residential Home Builder. In this role, you will work closely with the Superintendent to ensure the successful completion of residential construction projects. If you have a strong background in construction and a passion for delivering high-quality homes, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to) :
- Construction Oversight : Assist the Superintendent in the construction process, including material handling, ordering and returning construction materials.
- Subcontractor Management : Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and adherence to project schedules.
- Quality Control : Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship and materials meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
- Problem Solving : Identify and address construction-related challenges, proposing solutions to ensure the successful completion of the project.
- Customer Service : Ability to communicate with homeowners, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the construction process.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and permits.
- Safety Compliance : Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all workers on-site.
