A company is looking for a Certified Workday SCM Data Conversion Consultant. Key Responsibilities : Lead and execute data conversion activities for SCM modules Analyze legacy SCM system data, perform extraction and cleansing, and build mapping documents Conduct unit testing, mock loads, and user acceptance testing to validate data accuracy Qualifications : Must hold an active Workday Partner Certification 3+ years of experience with Workday SCM, with at least one full-cycle implementation involving data conversion Hands-on experience with Workday EIBs, Studio, and data transformation tools Familiarity with legacy HR systems (PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, ADP, etc.) Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large data sets
