About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Customer Success Executive to lead our client success and account management teams. In this dynamic role, you will create and implement innovative strategies to drive account growth and ensure outstanding service delivery. Your expertise will help us nurture high-priority client relationships and maximize our revenue potential.

This role is crucial in aligning with our mission to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that we actively partner with our clients to enhance their operations and create a positive impact in the industry. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will report directly to the CEO and will be expected to display exceptional leadership and communication skills to motivate your teams and advance our aggressive growth plans.

To be successful, you should have a minimum of 20 years of relevant experience, with at least 10 years in a leadership role guiding sales and support teams within the IT services sector. A solid track record of increasing sales revenue, meeting or exceeding quotas, and leading successful global sales efforts is essential. We seek a candidate with a strong foundation in strategic planning, adept at collaborating across departments, and passionate about mentoring and developing sales professionals.

In addition to driving account growth, you will be responsible for providing revenue forecasts, developing competitive pricing strategies, and optimizing team structures to meet evolving client needs. A rational, data-driven decision-making approach and a history of successfully implementing marketing and sales initiatives are crucial to excel in this role.
