We offer management of projects throughout the United States, with our field operations' team members who work on location for each of our projects. We specialize in fast-track projects in new commercial construction for both public and private clients, with a primary focus in the Department of Defense (DoD) market.

Are you an experienced Mechanical Superintendent with a passion for government and military construction projects? We're seeking a highly skilled and well-rounded individual to join our Field Operations team in the Norfolk, VA area. If you're driven by safety, quality work, and delivering on schedule and within budget, this could be your next opportunity.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise all mechanical construction activities, including Sheet Metal, Plumbing, Insulation, Pipefitting, and Welding teams.
• Coordinate assigned crews and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of mechanical work in compliance with project requirements and timelines.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to project specifications , maintaining a strong alignment with RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values.
• Work closely with the Superintendent to support the coordination of multiple scopes of work across the project site.
• Manage mechanical installations for government and military projects , ensuring adherence to all regulatory and safety standards.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to keep projects on track.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, emphasizing teamwork and professionalism across all crews and subcontractors.
