Our infrastructure is comprised of a large global portfolio of more than one hundred datacenters and one million servers. Our foundation is built upon and managed by a team of subject matter experts, who work tirelessly to support digital services for more than one billion customers and twenty million businesses in over ninety countries worldwide.
Within CO+I, the Core Datacenter Services (CDS) team is responsible for improving overall availability and efficiency for Microsoft’s cloud business. We have multiple teams focused on both Microsoft and Lessor datacenter performance and all aspects of datacenter utilization effectiveness that includes power, water and labor.
We are seeking a Senior Supply Planner, Program Manager to support the Operational Supply Chain across datacenters globally. This role will own developing the strategy to scale and optimize our data center inventory targets and replenishment plans to support critical environment spares and support Microsoft’s AI delivery for DC operations.

This role is located either in one or all hub locations - Atlanta, GA, Washington, D.C., Redmond, WA, San Antonio, TX or Phoenix, AZ.
Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates will need to relocate or reside within 50 miles of the hub office location.
This role is eligible for hybrid or remote work, up to 100%.
Qualifications
Required / Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, Technical Program Management, data analysis, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management or related field OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, or related experience
- 3+ years supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, or related experience OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and / or cross-team projects.

Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
