We are entrepreneurial-minded organization that welcomes and support individual idea and strategies. We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our Service Department based out of our Laredo office.
Responsibilities :
- Assist with parts Identification, ordering, receiving and verification
- Parts Returns & Credits : Returns incorrect or defective parts and reorders, updating the management system. Ensures that credits are processed accurately and promptly.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and scheduling. Greet customers at the location and assists customers via phone and e-mail.
- Assist with parts inventories and cycle counts, procurement, storage and billing.
- Assist in the daily coordination of repair and maintenance work schedules
- Coordinate with safety department to notify drivers of services due
- Responsible for ensuring all parts received are labelled
- Verifies receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered; resolves shipments in error with suppliers.

While performing the duties of this job, you are required to stand, walk, sit. You will be required lift and / or move up to 50lbs /
