Are you ready to advance your career in sales leadership? Join our team that reports directly to the Director of Sales Service EMEAI and take charge of success. In this pivotal role, you will lead a high-performing team of service account managers focused on achieving quarterly and annual sales service goals.
As the Director, Service Sales Europe , you will oversee, mentor, and be responsible for a dedicated team of service account managers in the region, ensuring they effectively meet their service sales objectives in their designated area. Your strategic sense will be essential as you implement and refine sales strategies that will drive growth in our comprehensive sales portfolio. This role is part of the EMEAI sales organization and will be located remotely in Europe (France) . In this role, you will have the opportunity to :
- Manage and develop a strategic and tactical growth plan to achieve commercial objectives and activities that enable the desired sales target, while ensuring profitable growth.
- Provide accurate quarterly, monthly, and weekly forecasts (100%) for the entire product portfolio in the assigned sales district.
- Establish and maintain a strong and unified sales team environment and ensure that all team members exhibit a strong sense of teamwork, cooperation, and commitment to developing, managing, maintaining, and expanding client relationships across the region.
- Continuously monitor key competition and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities, business threats, and develop appropriate countermeasures.
- Partner with other functional leaders, including sales administration, finance, IT, HR, and legal, as needed, to achieve desired outcomes, while driving fundamental DHR behaviors and ensuring 100% compliance in all aspects of business conduct.
- Manage, coordinate, mentor, and develop team members; regularly track and audit progress towards performance and development goals, while providing regular feedback; develop talent within the team to ensure effective career development and succession planning.
